FREEZE YOURSELF TO RUN BETTER?

Imagine stepping into a pool with the water chilled to minus 110 degrees celsius.

A new treatment for runners is catching on around the country.  It involves subjecting yourself to COLD temperatures.

Now I do not like cold temperatures.  If the swimming pool water is chilly I just might pass on a swim.  But imagine jumping in temperatures ranging from 50 degrees above zero until you reach that mind-numbing minus 110 degree mark.
