The City of Jacksonville joined the Jacksonville Jaguars for its annual Teal Pep Rally. Mayor Alvin Brown and Jaxson de ville motivated the crowd. Plenty of t-shirts and foam footballs were launched into the crowd for all to enjoy. The event will continue until midnight.
Setup, tents, video displays, and sound systems were supplied by PRI.
